Incompatabilty with El Capitan. Both this AND Napoleon crash at start up. Already deleted and reinstalled; same problem.

So I bought the game, and want to transfer it to steam, where do I get the activation code? BTW, it’s my favorite game on the app store.

I used to play this game a lot. But a few weeks ago it just stopped working. WIll not open, just crashes.. would like my money back!!

I downloaded the game running Mavericks on my 2014 macbook air, but as soon as I upgraded to El Capitan the application wont open. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed twice to no avail. This is obviously super annoying.

Use to work great. Since El Capital upgrade it does not start on the iMac. Save your money until they fix it if you have El Capitan.

I’m really really really frustrated, just updated my OS last night, held off for a long time expecting the issues everyone else reported. So this morning when I hopped on on tried to start Empire: Total War what did I find - the App Will Not Start - Full Stop. Absolutely unacceptable. Either fix it or refund everyone who purchased the game immediately. Its sad to see Apple continue to get small simple things wrong, i.e. software compatibility, really hard to see a positive long term for a great company’s future. “When you see a pen, they blew it."

Let me be clear right off the bat; I love the gameplay in ETW. The battles are fun, the campaign map is immersive, and the AI actually fights back. BUT. The game crashes ALL THE TIME. On multiple occasions, Ive spent HOURS on a campaign, only to get 30 years in and the game crashes at the same specific spot everytime, literally making the game unplayable. If you want my advice, I’d say save your money and just illegally pirate the game, it’ll probably run and crash the same amount, but you wont have wasted $30 dollars on a defective product, you’l have gotten it for free.
